I think I have posted before that my wife and I purchased a Kindle Fire. We already owned a Kindle which I read on all the time and now my wife is very happy with the Kindle Fire.
Well the experience just got even better.
We recently had a small issue with the Kindle Fire and I went to the support pages to see what I could find out. At issue was the Fire wanted to re-connect to download a book (Steve Jobs) almost every time my wife went to access it. Where she worked she did not have Wi-Fi.
I searched and could not find exactly what I was looking for (which could have been me) so I posted a question to the support group.
What a response. We received a phone call that evening from support. That’s right, a phone call. I could not believe it.
Since my wife had the Fire at her office we had to check the next night and then support wanted to see what happened when she attempted at her office, where she did not have Wi-Fi.
To say the problem was treated with great attention would be an understatement. The problem was resolved. I am a bit overwhelmed with the support from Amazon.
I have been a fan of Amazon for some time now but with this support I can’t help but highly recommend both Amazon and of course the Kindle Fire. 5 stars all around.
Now, Amazon, please share how you do this with the rest of the tech industry.
